Power PTC – Conference Scheduling – Days

This information should NOT be modified while Parent-Teacher conferences are active!

If you add a new day after building the master schedule, you will need to rebuild the schedule for the day to be included!

Days Overview

Days in Power PTC define which days as well as the times in which your organization will host Parent-Teacher conferences. Days can be set on a per building basis.

Adding New Days

To add a new day to your Parent-Teacher conference schedule perform the following steps:

  1. Log into the Power PTC web interface using an administrative account.
  2. Click on the PTC Config icon.
  3. Click on the Days menu item.
  4. Click on the Add Day menu item.
  5. In the add new day dialog, enter a building ID, this must match the number present in the student’s schedule and the number in Resource item.
  6. Then select a date for the Parent-Teacher conference.
  7. Select a start and an end time for the conferences for the day.
  8. Finally, set a meeting length (in minutes) and click Add Day
